This is the rating chart

1-29------- No stars------ Newbie
30-50-------1 star---------Jr.Member
50-100------2 Stars-------Member
100-150-----3 Stars-------Sr Member
150-200-----4 Stars------ Contributor
300---------5 stars--------Mishpocha!
